What ISN'T Working? 3 Thoughts Keeping You Stuck and What To Do Instead.

Is there a place in your life; in your business, relationships or home that isn't working?

Has the energy stopped flowing?

Is there a restriction?

It may look like a plan you've had that isn't going anywhere.  

A project that's fallen flat. 

A relationship that isn't thriving and feels like it's hanging on by a string.

When things don't look the way we've pictured, we may wonder why.  

But we avoid figuring it out.

THIS is how the energy stops flowing.

Its true, you can't force things.  

And you don't want to.  

We know this usually ends in disaster.

But you can inquire, be curious and stay open to Why.

And when you do some pretty amazing answers surface.


What's Getting in Your Way:


1. "This is just the way it is"

There is a difference between accepting what IS and telling yourself this is just the way it is.

Acceptance requires presence and an acknowledgment of reality.

Believing things are the way they are requires a commitment to being the same. 

"This is just the way it is" is a Belief.  

Things aren't just the way they are - you decide what they are with what you choose to think.


When you can accept what IS without attaching thought to it, you're free to decide what you want to make it mean. 

 

2. "I don't want to" or "I don't feel like it"

Our brains want us to stay safe so it throws this one out there on the regular.

Because you're onto it you usually don't listen.

But, sometimes you do.  

Especially when you don't know the answer.

When you're asking Why and not getting far it may be because you don't want to or you don't feel like it - at least this is what you're telling yourself.

What if you DID feel like it?

What if you DID want to?

What would happen then?

 

3. "I shouldn't have to"

 When we think we "should" or "shouldn't" it's an indicator that we've forgotten about the power of choice.

If you have clean drinking water, a place to call home and food to eat you're sufficient.

Everything else is icing on the cake and A CHOICE.

"I shouldn't have to" separates you from who you want to be and how you want to show up.

You NEVER have to.

You get to.

What's getting in your way - every time - are your thoughts. 

And these thoughts are creating your results.
